Question 1

Is Shaadi Hub free for couples?

Accepted Answer

Yes — searching, comparing and messaging venues and vendors is completely free. You only ever pay a venue or vendor directly for what you book.

Question 2

Do I need an account to browse?

Accepted Answer

You can browse every listing without an account. Signing up lets you save favourites, send enquiries, book viewings and use the free planning tools.

Question 3

How do I book a venue?

Accepted Answer

Open a venue's page, check its availability, then send an enquiry or request a reservation. The host replies to confirm — and you can book a viewing to see it in person first.

Question 4

What is the viewing deposit?

Accepted Answer

Some venues ask for a small, refundable deposit (typically £20) to reserve your viewing slot. It holds your appointment and is refunded by the venue afterwards.

Question 5

How much does it cost to list my business?

Accepted Answer

Listing starts with a 30-day free trial. After the trial, membership plans start from £25/month depending on your category, and your listing goes live again the moment you subscribe.

Question 6

Do you take commission on bookings?

Accepted Answer

No. Your membership is the only cost — every booking, enquiry and order comes to you with no commission taken by Shaadi Hub.

Question 7

What happens when my free trial ends?

Accepted Answer

Your listing is hidden from the marketplace — never deleted — and reappears the moment you take a membership. All your photos, enquiries and bookings stay safe on your account.
