Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Shaadi Hub. Please read them carefully before listing a venue or service, sending an enquiry or making a booking.

Effective date: 4 October 2026 · Version 1.9

1.Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your" or "User") and Shaadi Hub ("we", "us", "our" or "the Platform"), the operator of the website and mobile application located at www.shaadihub.co.uk (the "Service"). The Service is an online marketplace that helps people planning weddings and events discover, compare and contact suppliers of wedding venues and other wedding products and services — including catering, stages and décor, DJs and dhol players, photography and videography, hair and beauty, bridal and groom wear, jewellery, florists, wedding cars, invitations and cards, ritual services, choreographers and gifts (each a "Provider"). ShaadiHub is a trading name of Shaadi Hub Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

By accessing, browsing or using the Service in any way — including creating an account, listing a venue or service, sending an enquiry, or making a booking — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2.Definitions

Booking means any reservation, hire or engagement arranged between a Customer and a Provider, whether or not made through the Service.

Content means all text, photographs, images, reviews, listings and other materials uploaded or posted to the Service by a User.

Customer means a User who uses the Service to search for, contact or book a Provider.

Vendor means a User who lists a venue or service on the Service.

Provider means any Vendor offering goods or services through the Service.

Membership means the paid plan (monthly or yearly) offered to Vendors for their listing category, as described on the Membership page.

3.Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms apply to every User. By using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and accept them. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business to these Terms.

We may offer specific terms, policies or guidelines for particular features (for example, Vendor Membership or payment terms). Those additional terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict, the more specific terms prevail for that feature.

4.Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, list a service or make a booking through the Service. By creating an account you represent that you are 18 or over and legally able to enter into contracts.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, to keep your account credentials confidential and secure, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend or close any account that is inactive, inaccurate or suspected of misuse.

5.Our role as a marketplace

Shaadi Hub is an introductions platform and marketplace intermediary only. We are not a party to any contract between a Customer and a Provider, and we do not own, operate, control, employ, manage or insure any venue or other business listed on the Service.

Any booking, hire or engagement is a contract directly between you and the Provider. The Provider is solely responsible for delivering the goods or services, and for the quality, safety, legality and fitness for purpose of what they provide. We are not responsible for a Provider's acts, omissions, availability, solvency or conduct.

We do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, available or suitable, or that any Provider will accept an enquiry or fulfil a booking. You use the Service at your own risk.

6.Listings & accuracy

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that every listing and all Content is accurate, complete, not misleading and lawfully publishable. Vendors must hold all licences, permissions, consents, insurance and certificates required to offer the listed venue or service, including (where applicable) public liability insurance, food hygiene certification, premises licences, performing-rights licences and noise/entertainment licences.

We may, at our discretion and without notice, review, edit, reject, remove, hide or re-order any listing, and we are under no obligation to explain our reasons. We do not, however, routinely verify listings and are not responsible for their accuracy.

ID-Verified badge. Some Vendors display a "Verified" badge, which indicates that we have carried out an identity check on that Vendor (which may include automated checks). The badge confirms identity verification only — it is not an endorsement, warranty or guarantee of a Vendor's listing accuracy, quality, service, insurance, availability or financial standing, and you should still carry out your own checks before booking. We may grant or remove the badge at any time, and we accept no liability for relying on it.

Verification and going live. A Vendor may publish a listing without completing identity verification, and a listing goes live to Customers as soon as the Vendor publishes it. Identity verification is an optional upgrade: completing it adds the "Verified" badge to a Vendor's listings, may improve their placement in search, and is required before any money is taken through the platform — booking deposits and orders cannot be paid through Shaadi Hub to a Vendor who is not ID-Verified. We may require verification, or remove a listing, at any time.

7.Enquiries, bookings & contracts with providers

The Service allows Customers to send enquiries and booking requests to Providers. Submitting an enquiry or request does not itself create a binding contract. A binding contract for the supply of a venue or service is formed only between the Customer and the Provider, on the terms agreed directly between them (including price, date, duration, guest numbers, deposits, cancellation and payment terms).

Customers should confirm all material terms in writing, request and review contracts and, where relevant, ensure the Provider holds suitable insurance and certifications before paying any deposit. Any quoted price, availability or feature shown on the Service is indicative only and may change; the binding price is the one agreed with the Provider.

8.Payments, subscriptions & advertising

Payments to Providers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, amounts payable for bookings are paid directly to the relevant Provider on terms agreed between the Customer and that Provider, and we are not a party to any payment arrangement between Customers and Providers.

Payments taken through the Service. Some payments are collected through the Service — for example viewing deposits, booking deposits set by a Vendor, and florist packages ordered online. Where a payment is taken through the Service, it is processed by Base44 Payments on the Provider's behalf. Any remaining balance is payable directly to the Provider, and cancellations and refunds of amounts paid through the Service are handled by the Provider under the terms agreed with you.

Goods ordered online. Some Providers — including bridal and groom wear stores — sell goods that can be ordered and paid for through the Service. Where you pay for goods online, the payment is collected by Base44 Payments as the Provider's agent and passed to that Provider. The contract of sale is between you and the Provider, and the Provider is the seller responsible for the goods, their description, their quality and their delivery.

Commission. We charge no commission on bookings or orders made between a Customer and a Provider. Our revenue comes from Vendor Memberships, one-off add-ons and advertising, not from a percentage of your booking.

Deposits collected on a Provider's behalf. Where we collect a viewing deposit or a booking deposit through the Service, we do so only as the Provider's collection agent and pass the amount to that Provider. We do not hold deposits on trust, we are not a party to the underlying booking, and we do not decide whether a deposit is refundable — that is a matter between you and the Provider under the terms they set. Where a refund is agreed, the Provider is responsible for instructing it and we will process it once instructed. A deposit is not refundable where the Provider's terms say so, where you cancel outside the Provider's stated window, or where you do not attend. We may reverse or withhold a payment and suspend the associated account where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or an unlawful chargeback.

Passing payments to Vendors. Where we collect a viewing deposit, booking deposit or other payment on a Provider's behalf, we pass the amount to that Provider's nominated bank account. Transfers are usually made within 3 working days of the payment clearing. For a Vendor, a transfer is only made once their identity verification is approved and valid bank details are on file, so the 3 working days run from the point both are in place. Transfers are made by bank transfer to the account details the Vendor provides, and the Vendor is responsible for keeping those details accurate and up to date. We may hold or reverse a transfer where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or an unlawful chargeback.

Vendor Membership. Vendors may purchase a Membership plan (monthly or yearly) for their listing category. Prices vary by category and the price you will pay is shown at checkout before you are charged. Memberships are billed through our payment provider, Base44 Payments.

Free trial. Each Membership starts with a free trial period (currently 30 days), during which you are not charged. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends and the recurring fee is charged until you cancel. You can cancel at any time — including during the trial — at no cost. The free trial is a contractual benefit we offer and is separate from any statutory right to cancel.

Business purchases & your right to cancel. Memberships are supplied to Vendors acting in the course of their trade or business. As these are business-to-business supplies, the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013 does not apply to a Membership purchased by a Vendor acting as a business. If you purchase a Membership wholly outside your trade or business (so that those Regulations apply to you), you may cancel within 14 days of the date the contract is formed; where the service has begun, with your express consent, during that period, you may be charged a proportionate amount for the service provided up to the point you cancel.

Refunds on subscription fees. A monthly Membership is generally non-refundable: cancelling stops future renewals, but the month in progress and any months already paid are not refunded, except where required by law. A yearly Membership is refunded pro rata — if you cancel, we refund the months of your yearly term you have not used, counted from the date you cancel. You can cancel a subscription at any time, and access to Membership features continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

One-off purchases. Some products are sold as a single, non-recurring payment rather than a subscription — for example the featured-listing add-on, which places a listing in a featured position for a fixed period (currently one week). A one-off purchase does not renew automatically and you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy it again. The price, the period and what the purchase includes are shown at checkout before you pay. Once a one-off product has been used or its period has begun, it is non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you buy a one-off product as a consumer, your statutory cancellation rights are set out in section 12.

Advertising & promotional packages. We may offer advertising, sponsorship or promotional packages, on their own or alongside a Membership. What a package includes, its price and its duration are set out at the point of purchase or in the order we agree with you. Advertising is a discretionary promotional service: it buys visibility and placement, not a guaranteed number of views, clicks, enquiries, leads or bookings, and we make no representation about the results you will achieve. Placement, format and availability are allocated by us at our discretion and may change. An advertising package bought by a business is non-refundable except where required by law, and where we cancel one for our own reasons before it has run its course we will refund the unused portion. We may decline, change or withdraw any advert or promotion that is misleading, unlawful or inconsistent with these Terms.

When a free trial or Membership ends without an active subscription, your listings are hidden from the marketplace. They are kept safely on your account — never deleted — and automatically become visible again the moment you subscribe. We may adjust trial lengths, categories and plan features as the Service evolves.

You authorise us to bill the payment method on file and agree to keep it valid. Prices may change on reasonable notice; a price change takes effect from the next renewal after the notice.

Promotional discounts. From time to time we may offer promotional or discount codes (including vendor launch offers). These offers are discretionary, may be limited to selected plans or categories, and can be stopped, withdrawn or expired at any time and without notice — most commonly at midnight (UK time) on the advertised or intended end date. A discount code applied at checkout is only valid if the offer is still live when the payment is taken; we accept no obligation to honour an offer after it has expired.

9.Vendor obligations

Vendors agree to: (a) provide accurate and up-to-date listings and availability; (b) respond to enquiries and booking requests promptly and in good faith; (c) honour confirmed bookings and agreed prices; (d) deliver the listed service with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with all applicable laws; (e) hold and maintain all required insurance, licences and certifications; (f) not charge Customers more than the amount agreed; (g) comply with all consumer-protection, anti-discrimination, data-protection and safety laws; and (h) publish clear cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms for each listing and apply them consistently; and (i) where they sell goods, supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, dispatch them within the time stated, and honour the statutory rights of consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Cancellation & refund terms. Every Vendor must set out, clearly and accessibly on the listing (or in a document provided to the Customer before payment), its cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms — including whether any deposit is refundable, the notice period for cancellation, and what happens if the Customer cancels, reschedules or does not attend. Those terms must be fair, consistent with UK consumer law and applied equally to every Customer. A Vendor must not take a deposit or any other payment without making its refund terms available first. We may hide or remove a listing that does not display acceptable terms, and a Vendor who fails to honour its own published terms is in breach of these Terms.

Vendors are solely responsible for their taxes, accounts, employees and contractors, and for any content they publish. Vendors indemnify us for claims arising from their listings or services (see Indemnity below).

10.Membership: what you are paying for

A Vendor Membership pays for listing visibility and the tools that come with it — not for a particular commercial outcome. We do not guarantee, and make no representation about, the number of views, enquiries or leads you will receive, the number of bookings you will win, or the revenue you will earn, and we do not warrant that any enquiry will be genuine, suitable or will convert into business.

Search ranking, category placement, featured slots and promotional exposure are allocated by us at our discretion and may change as the marketplace evolves. A Membership gives you no exclusivity, no fixed position and no protection from competing Vendors in your category or area.

Brand content shoot (selected categories only). A brand content shoot is included with a yearly Membership, and not a monthly one, in the following categories only — venues, caterers, DJs & stages, wedding cars, Shaadi Wardrobe and jewellery. It is not currently available in any other category. In these Terms, a "brand content shoot" means a scheduled session, arranged with you in advance, at which our team attends your business and captures photographs and video. We use that content on Shaadi Hub's own social media channels, and you may also use it for your own marketing. The shoot is a promotional benefit included with your Membership rather than a service you purchase separately: it is arranged at our convenience and subject to availability, and we do not guarantee any particular number of images, videos or posts, or any particular level of reach, engagement or bookings. We may change or withdraw the benefit for future terms.

Yearly Membership non-refundable once a content shoot has taken place. Where a brand content shoot has taken place, the yearly Membership for that term is non-refundable in full, and the pro-rata refund described in section 8 (Payments & subscriptions) does not apply to it. The shoot is a substantial benefit delivered early in the term, and by arranging or accepting it you agree that no refund of the yearly fee is due for that term, except where the law requires otherwise. This does not affect your rights where we cancel the Membership for our own breach, or any right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Fees are charged for access to the Service for the period you have paid for, and are not refundable, in whole or in part, because you are dissatisfied with the level of interest, enquiries or bookings you receive. This does not affect any right you have under section 8 (Payments & subscriptions).

11.Customer obligations

Customers agree to: (a) provide accurate enquiry and booking information; (b) use the Service lawfully and respectfully; (c) deal honestly with Providers; (d) pay amounts due to Providers as agreed; (e) take reasonable care of any venue or equipment hired; and (f) comply with the venue or Provider's rules, including noise curfews, capacity limits and alcohol/catering policies.

12.Cancellations, refunds & rescheduling

Cancellation and refund terms for bookings are set by the Provider and agreed between the Customer and the Provider. We have no control over, and accept no liability for, a Provider's cancellation, no-show, non-delivery, or refund policy. If a dispute arises, we may, as a courtesy, help facilitate communication but we will not adjudicate or guarantee an outcome.

Vendors are required to publish their cancellation and refund terms on their listing (see section 9). Customers should read those terms and satisfy themselves before paying any deposit or booking fee. Once you have paid, the Provider's terms govern whether, and how much, is refunded — a deposit marked non-refundable is not refundable simply because you change your mind or cancel outside the Provider's stated window. Where a refund has been agreed with the Provider, the Provider is responsible for instructing it and we will process that instruction.

Goods bought online — your rights. If you buy goods from a Provider through the Service, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and match the description given. If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or not delivered, you are entitled to a remedy from the Provider — a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and how soon the problem appears. These rights are against the Provider as seller and are not affected by anything in these Terms. Where a return or refund is agreed or required, the Provider is responsible for it, and we will process a refund through the Service once the Provider instructs it.

Cancelling an online order. If you buy goods online as a consumer, you may have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive them, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013, and to receive a refund including the standard delivery cost. That right does not apply to certain items — in particular made-to-measure, bespoke or personalised goods, and goods that have been worn, altered or used. Unless the goods are faulty or not as described, you are responsible for returning them in a resaleable condition, and you may have to pay the return postage. To cancel, contact the Provider using the details on their listing and keep proof of posting. A Provider may set its own returns policy in addition to these rights, but it cannot take away your statutory rights.

Cancelling a one-off purchase. If you buy a one-off product (such as the featured-listing add-on) as a consumer and it has not yet been used or started, you may cancel it within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund, unless the law provides otherwise. Once the product has been used or its period has begun, it is not refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Service, any listing, or any account at any time, including for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or to comply with law. Where a Membership is cancelled by us for our own breach, you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund at our discretion.

13.Reviews & ratings

Users may submit reviews of Providers. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and free from defamation, abuse, discrimination, confidential information or commercial bias. We may remove or moderate reviews that breach these Terms, that are false or misleading, or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive or unlawful.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce and distribute your reviews in connection with the Service. You must not offer or accept payment or incentives in exchange for reviews.

14.Community posts, submissions & user content

The Service lets Users post and share content beyond listings — for example forum threads, replies and questions, and "Real Shaadis" features (photographs and stories of real weddings). You are solely responsible for everything you post, and you post it at your own risk.

Consent for photographs and personal details. Where you submit photographs, videos, names, stories or any other information about other people — for example in a Real Shaadis submission, a review or a forum post — you confirm that you have that person's permission to publish it on the Service, that they understand it will be publicly visible, and that publishing it does not breach anyone's privacy, confidence or other rights. If you cannot obtain that permission, do not submit the material.

By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, reproduce, edit, crop, publish, display and promote that content in connection with the Service and our marketing, including on our social media channels. You keep ownership of your content, and you may ask us to remove it at any time, after which we will stop using it going forward.

We are not the publisher or author of User content and we are not responsible for it. We may review, edit, refuse to publish, hide or remove any content, and suspend or close any account, at our discretion and without notice, including where content is unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, commercially biased or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms. We are not obliged to monitor content, and our failure to remove any particular item is not an endorsement of it.

15.Planning tools & AI features

The Service includes free planning tools — including the budget planner, seating planner, guest list, wedding timeline, e-invitations and checklists — and AI-assisted features such as the Shaadi Assistant and vendor suggestions. These are provided as general guidance only.

Calculations, estimates, suggestions, supplier recommendations and AI-generated output may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate, and must not be relied on as legal, financial, tax, insurance, safety or other professional advice. You are responsible for checking figures, dates, capacities, dietary and accessibility requirements, and any legal or licensing obligations, with the relevant Provider or a suitably qualified professional before acting on them. We accept no liability for decisions made, or losses incurred, in reliance on a planning tool or AI feature.

Guest lists, invitations, RSVPs and similar features are hosted by us for your convenience. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for how you use it — see section 18 (Data protection & privacy).

16.Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose; (b) misrepresent your identity, capacity or affiliation; (c) post false, misleading, defamatory or infringing Content; (d) scrape, copy, harvest or attempt to access data in an unauthorised way; (e) introduce viruses, malware or harmful code; (f) interfere with the proper functioning or security of the Service; (g) circumvent any fees or payment systems; (h) discriminate against, harass, threaten or harm any person; or (i) use the Service to market competing services or to solicit Users off-platform without our consent.

17.Intellectual property

The Service, its design, logos, branding, software and compiled content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from them except to the extent necessary to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, use, display, reproduce, adapt and distribute that Content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving the Service. You confirm that you own or have the rights to all Content you post and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

18.Data protection & privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data-protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. By using the Service you consent to that processing. Users act as independent data controllers for any personal data they collect through enquiries and bookings, and are responsible for complying with data-protection law in respect of that data.

Guest lists, invitations and RSVPs. Where you use our guest list, e-invitation, RSVP or seating tools, we hold and process that guest information on your behalf so that the feature works — we are not the controller of it. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to add each guest's details, for telling those guests how their information will be used, and for keeping it accurate and up to date. You must not upload guest data you have no right to hold, and you must remove guest records you no longer need. You must not use the Service to send unsolicited marketing to guests.

19.Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions, representations and terms (whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise) relating to the Service, including as to satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy or reliability.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from harmful components, or that any listing, review, Provider or booking will be as described or will complete successfully. Statements made by Providers or other Users are theirs alone and not ours.

20.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, data, goodwill, anticipation or savings, arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under statute or otherwise.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid us (for example, Membership fees) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) £100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Because we are not a party to any contract between Customers and Providers, we accept no liability for a Provider's acts or omissions, for the performance of any booking, or for any loss arising from a booking or enquiry. Customers and Providers contract with each other at their own risk.

21.Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Shaadi Hub and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your Content, listings, reviews or conduct; (d) any booking, contract or transaction you enter into through the Service; or (e) your infringement of any third-party rights or any law.

22.Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, remove listings, or disable accounts at any time, with or without cause or notice, including where we believe you have breached these Terms or the law. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

On termination, all licences granted to you end, but provisions that by their nature should survive (including those on intellectual property, indemnity, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

23.Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations — including the availability of the Service — caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, pandemic or public-health emergency, strikes, utility or internet failures, cyber-attacks, third-party platform or payment-provider outages, and changes in law or government action. Where such an event continues, we may suspend or end the affected part of the Service, and may at our discretion extend any affected Membership period by the length of the interruption.

24.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the updated version and effective date at the top of this page. Where we consider changes material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify active Users. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Service.

25.Third-party links & services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or conduct, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Honeymoon & travel services. Our Honeymoon section links to travel search tools operated by our partner, AI Trip Scan (aitripscan.com), and its suppliers. Any flight, hotel, transfer, car rental, eSIM or experience search or booking you make through those links is made directly with AI Trip Scan or the relevant third-party supplier, and is governed exclusively by their terms, prices and cancellation policies. We are not a party to any travel booking and accept no liability for prices shown, availability, bookings, payments, or the performance or cancellation of any travel product or service.

Affiliate disclosure. We may earn a commission from AI Trip Scan or its suppliers when you search or book through the links in our Honeymoon section. This commission is paid by the partner and does not increase the price you pay. Our inclusion of or links to any travel partner or product is not an endorsement or guarantee of its quality, suitability or availability, and you should carry out your own checks before booking.

26.Complaints & disputes

If you have a complaint about the Service, please contact us using the details below. We will aim to acknowledge and respond to complaints in a reasonable timeframe. Disputes between Customers and Providers should be raised directly with the Provider; we may help facilitate communication but will not act as adjudicator.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

27.General

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy and any additional terms referred to in section 3, are the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any earlier discussions, proposals or representations about the Service.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as deleted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

No waiver. If we delay or fail to enforce any right under these Terms, that is not a waiver of that right, and we may still enforce it later.

Assignment. We may assign, transfer or sub-contract our rights and obligations under these Terms, including in connection with a merger, restructuring or sale of our business. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

No third-party rights. A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right to enforce any of its provisions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Notices. We may give notice to you by email to the address registered on your account, or by posting it on the Service. You must give notice to us using the contact details in section 29.

28.Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, regardless of where you live or use the Service. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that we may bring proceedings to enforce our intellectual-property rights in any jurisdiction.

29.Contact

These Terms are published by Shaadi Hub. For any questions or complaints about these Terms or the Service, please contact us at support@shaadihub.co.uk or through the contact details provided in your account.
